BACKGROUND

Canadian International Conference on Medical and Health Science (CICMHS) aimed at presenting current research being carried out in that area and scheduled to be held on 10th-12th December, 2020 Calgary, Canada. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, medical and healthcare professionals, students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

This Conference is Organized by Execs Group, IRES, Reseachfora, The conference would offer a large number of invited lectures from renowned speakers across the globe. The Best paper awards will be given for the papers judged to make the most significant contribution to the conference.

Earlier The Execs Group / IRES had conferences held at London (UK), Germany, France, Penang, Jakarta, USA, Batam, Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Manila, Hong Kong,China, Johannesburg (South Africa), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply.

1. Each Paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Cross Ref.

2. The proceeding shall be submitted to CNKI, Google Scholar, DRJI, DOAJ, CiteseerX etc. for Indexing.

3. The Printed Proceedings will be published with ISBN Numbers.

4. The Proceeding will be archived in World Research Library i.e. www.worldresearchlibrary.org

5. One Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session.

6. All the Selected Papers will be Published in Journals After Peer Review Process and Assessment.

All relevant stakeholders are welcome to submit your original research papers to the Calgary International Conference on Medical and Health Science which integrates the disciplines towards a better society. The conference is a platform for addressing the various  healthcare and medical concerns by discussing and working together towards enhancing the well-being for all at all ages.
Your original research abstracts, should be made according to the issued format in the Abstract Submission Guidelines prior to the Abstract Submission Deadline. All submitted research papers, will be evaluated by a group of experts in the related disciplines in accordance with the international criteria. All the assented will be eligible for presentation at the conference and should be registered not later than 24 hrs of receiving an acceptance notification.

For the Co-Authors

Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment is required to be made independently.
However, they will be given a discount of 15% from Non-Presenter’s (Listener’s) registration fee.
The certificate will be issued for the co-authors upon their registration/payment for the conference.
Please make prior communications with the organizing committee regards to this matter to enjoy the benefit of the discount.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON VISAS AND ENTRY INTO CANADA

After you have registered for the conference, if you need to apply for a visa please request: 

1) Official letter of recognition of CICMHS 2020 provided by the Canada Border Services Agency to us for dispatch to registered delegates.

2) A letter of invitation to attend the CICMHS 2020 containing The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Special Event Code.

Attendance at a conference such as CICMHS 2020 is considered to be a cross-border business activity and therefore you will be considered a business visitor.
International delegates attending the CICMHS 2020 who require a visa to enter Canada will be issued a Business Visitor Visa by the Canada High Commission in their home country.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) International Events and

Convention Services Program (IECSP) has officially recognised the CICMHS 2020.

To facilitate Canadian border procedures it is recommended that participants present a copy of the official letter of recognition provided by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) – International Events and Convention Services Program (IECSP) to a CBSA Border Services Officer upon their arrival to Canada.

The CICMHS 2020 has been registered with The Special Events Unit of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

 If you require a visa we strongly advise that after registering for the CICMHS 2020 you request a “letter of invitation” to the Conference. The letter of invitation will contain The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’ Special Event Code for the event. The “letter of invitation” will facilitate your entry into Canada and the processing of visa applications. The Special Events Unit of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canadian Border Services Agency will have access to a copy of the format of the letter of invitation. The “letter of invitation” will also facilitate the processing of visa applications.

Please note that following the The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada policy, an invitation letter as well as the letter of recognition will only be issued to registered delegates who have confirmed their place in the conference, by paying the registration fee.

Submission of Visa Applications:

Canada does not have a visa office in every country so it is important that delegates visit the website of the visa office responsible for processing their visa applications.  Information is available on the IRCC website on how to submit a visa application and the documentation required.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their visa applications well in advance of the date of the event.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Visa-exempt foreign nationals are expected to have an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travellers with a valid Canadian visa. 

NEW – Biometrics (Global Expansion)

Depending on your nationality, you may be required to give your biometrics when you apply for the Canada visa.

Starting July 31, 2018 the biometric requirement became mandatory for nationals of Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Starting December 31, 2018 the biometric requirement became mandatory for nationals of Asia, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
