If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply.
Before 10 days of the conference: Eligible for full payment Refund
Within 3 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
Within 1 day of Conference: Eligible for 20% of payment Refund
After Conference: Not eligible for Refund

Onsite payment (For delegates residing in Canada Only)
Before making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, please register online and select your registration fee category and registration fee.
Delegates from India may pay the registration fee using Local Indian currency INR at a designated bank in India.
Delegates from West Africa may pay the registration fee using Local NGN at a designated bank in West Africa
Delegates from other Africa, Middle East , Europe and Asia may pay the registration fee using Western Union, Money Gram and Bank Wire Transfer.
Delegates from US and Canada may pay directly to our Scotia Bank Account, Account Branch - Toronto, Canada.
Cash on site or personal cheques will not be accepted.
For those paying in local currency, the exchange rate will be subject to the current exchange rate at the time of your registration
2. The proceeding shall be submitted to CNKI, Google Scholar, DRJI, DOAJ, CiteseerX etc. for Indexing.
3. The Printed Proceedings will be published with ISBN Numbers.
4. The Proceeding will be archived in World Research Library i.e. www.worldresearchlibrary.org
5. One Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session.
6. All the Selected Papers will be Published in Journals After Peer Review Process and Assessment.
7. Conference pictures will be available at www.conferencegallery.com
